VENDOR INFORMATION

Interested in being a vendor in the vendor tents at Steppin’ Out in Pink on September 9, 2017??

Thank you in advance for your commitment!  This commitment will provide you with the opportunity to sell your specialty items from 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. with walk-through traffic that could be upwards of 7,000 people.  Each vendor will be provided with a 10x10 booth area to showcase your items.  You are welcome to bring any necessary tables and materials for your booth as long as it does not exceed your 10x10 area.  Please note that we WILL NOT be able to provide electricity to your site.  In return, you agree to pay $50.00 or 20% of your proceeds, whichever amount is greater ( i.e $250 or less in sales = $50, anything over $250 is 20 % of total sales) to the Steppin’ Out in Pink event to benefit the local breast cancer research, programs and services at Gundersen Health System. By returning the Vendor Agreement, you, the Vendor are committing to pay the minimum fee of $50.00, regardless of whether or not you attend. So, because we have reserved a vendor spot for you, if you no show, you will receive a bill for $50.00 due and payable within thirty days of the Walk.
